2. Products and Availability

We offer office and desktop accessories intended to support organized, comfortable workspaces. Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.

We work to present product colors and details accurately. Display settings and lighting may cause minor differences between an on-screen image and the delivered product.

3. Orders

• An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
• We may cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, unavailable inventory, or an undeliverable address.
• Order changes or cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

4. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required fees are presented before payment is completed. Payment must be authorized using one of the methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

U.S. orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within an additional 7–15 business days. These estimates exclude weekends, holidays, customs reviews, severe weather, and carrier disruptions.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

The store’s text, product presentation, branding, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to okqpsfel™ and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use
